About John Mallott
John Mallott is the CEO of O’Snap Active Lifestyle which was founded in 2020 by himself and his wife Najlah Mallott. Things weren’t always lavish and good for John though. John does not have all the things that society says you should have. Not a high school diploma or a college degree. His first felony that led to an arrest was at the age of 15 which ultimately led to incarceration. Upon his release, it was during the time of what was known at the time as “The Crack Epidemic”.

Monica Byers is the President and Owner of Sugar Creek Transportation, Inc. and Mother Trucker located in Southern California. Sugar Creek Transportation, Inc. is an $18 million per year entity since 2014 with 125 trucks transporting freight for companies such as Amazon, Anheuser-Busch, Costco, Target, and UPS to name a few. Mother Trucker is a company focused on improving the quality of life for all truckers out there.
Sugar Creek Transportation, Inc. and Mother Trucker did not appear magically into the marketplace overnight. Back in college, Monica Byers wrote a business plan about starting a trucking company one day. For the past 6 years I've been fortunate enough to run this podcast. Interview amazing people including some celebrities. It has been an absolute blast to say the very least!
Although, there was always a missing ingredient to The RAS Project. While it was 100% heartfelt, it simply did not seem like it was 100% on point.
My professional career in the digital and marketing space of over 20+ years was never really a true reflection upon the podcast. My involvement in 3 different businesses including my current human marketing agency Razor Sharp Digital hasn't really gotten an emphasis either.
