Her dream is to help others achieve their dreams and create lasting impact in communities across the globe. She is deeply compassionate, retrospective, and generous-spirited person, a proud mom of 3 sons, and a first generation immigrant from Taiwan. In the last 20+ years, she has worked to help families and companies mitigate risks in many areas.

Shelly has been through 21 years of caring for her husband who has had three liver transplants. Due to his health they had 69 cents in their bank account, had to file bankruptcy, and were receiving foreclosure notices on their home. Through it all Shelly never gave up and today is the author of Unbreakable Faith, Owner/Broker of Hart Realty and founder of Giving Hart a 501 (c) 3 non-profit.
