Mike Sherrard earned 2 degrees in 3 years. He accomplished this despite every professor saying it was impossible and has never been done before.

He was recognized as one of the top employees of 60,000 in my first year in engineering and quit 2 weeks later to get into real estate in one of the worst markets in North America. Currently amidst a 5 year ongoing recession.

Featured on one of the top podcasts and youtube channels in real estate after 4 months of being a licensed realtor. He became a top producer within 10 months of being a licensed agent. Mike Sherrard went from not having Instagram to being recognized as top 30 Realtor on social media in the world after 10 months as well.

Tripled his business in the second year as a licensed agent solely using social media and personal branding.
Now getting flown to different real estate offices across North America to speak about leveraging social media in real estate. He is also launching a new company that does content repurposing and video production marketing for entrepreneurs and Realtors.
